It's “That Guy… Who Was in That Thing” meets "WTF" but with people even less well known! Sure it's fun to interview the crazy famous and ask them about the difficult years, but that's been done. Memories are plastic - we're getting the real dirt from people still crawling through it. Laura Scruggs is the playwright and Jake Scruggs is the technical guy who listens to a lot of “This American Life” and thinks that qualifies him to interview people.

Another Hostful Episode!

0:02:00 Bryn was on-set playing the ghost of a guy to died in a fire when we recorded the last podcast episode...

0:04:45 …and he freaked-out Nilsa with his residual make-up from the shoot

0:06:15 Jake saw the listing for Bryn's Nat Geo show… but he doesn't get the channel (Brain Games S4E1 "Compassion). Nilsa has some kind things to say about Bryn's work on the episode.

0:08:15 Bryn had a super-productive week leading-up to his vacation with Nilsa-- and he booked some work!

0:10:35 On this print shoot Bryn is working with the same photographer that shot Nilsa's "sad" Billboard. Kevin Banna (http://www.kevinbanna.com/)

0:13:35 Bryn got to do the English language dub for a character in a Hungarian TV pilot and the show is REALLY cool

0:19:15 Nilsa and Bryn had a real vacation on the west coast, but not before having an epic night with out of town friends (http://www.peguclub.com and http://momofuku.com/new-york/noodle-bar/).

0:25:13 …And also not before an airport baggage ordeal. Bryn keeps hijacking Nilsa's stories- alert the TSA.

0:32:10 ...And the baggage drama continued on the return home, as well.

0:38:05 Nilsa finally shushes Bryn so she can talk about the trip to wine country and Lake Tahoe

0:45:30 Bryn and Nilsa visited Bryn's mom in Sacramento. Her condition has declined noticeably. It was difficult for Bryn to see her again.

0:50:40 Nilsa had a powerful response to seeing Bryn and his dad interact with his mom.

0:52:25 Nilsa and Bryn got to visit with her aunt (her Dad's biological sister) and cousins. Love and mischief ensued.

0:56:45 "…Bryn is such a distraction"

1:02: Bryn adds some detail about pitching "The Girl With The Bomb In Her Head" at Film Interchange
